Weekend bookings are available online, simply follow the Book Now links.
For midweek group events however, get in touch to discuss your requirements and we can mould a bespoke day just for you.

All of our activities have per-head guide pricing outlined. As Forest Facility is staffed exclusively for your group, we work on what we call a ‘minimum spend’ model. The prices per head will be charged based on your group size, which means, the bigger the group. the lower price-per-head we can usually offer.
Choose as many or as few as you wish and the site is yours, provided you are able to cover the minimum booking requirements of 6 people per half or full day, this is from £65/head for a half day (for 25+ people), which covers 3 – 4 activities for example or a full day from £95pp for (25+ people) covering 5-6 activities.
Choose if you wish to add in breakfast rolls, hot drinks or spot of lunch, off-site at one of our partner locations or on-site with our superb on-site catering providers, *catering may be charged separately. Bring your own, order in, or arrange on-site caterers.
Or go large and spend a couple of days with us working your way through the full gambit of what Forest Facility has to offer. We also have access to off-site meeting room facilities with or without catering options for those wishing to pepper in some indoor team contact time; or we can erect small marquees on-site for your group if you wish to have some structured meeting space provided on-site. In all cases, our pricing is bespoke to your group and we can tailor packages and offer discounts per head on multiple activities booked. If you want to really tailor the day, customise with on-site or off-site meetings or break-out session or perhaps stay locally before or afterwards, we have you covered.

Burghley Estate
Our main partner at Forest Facility is our gracious host, the Burghley Estate. We can partner with the Burghley events team to be able to provide other on-site activities, house tours and much more. Contact us to know how we can incorporate the wider Burghley Estate, House and Gardens into your plan.
The William Cecil
Our fabulous partner hotel, bursting with opportunities for good food and drink, indoor meeting spaces and luxury accommodation all wrapped up in a classic-yet-contemporary Olde Worlde Stamford setting.
Sibson Airfield
Want to parachute out over the fields before hitting the forest? Or finish up your on-site activities before being whisked off to the local airfield for the ultimate adrenaline finale? Wow your team big-time with this big-ticket attraction. We can arrange tandem parachute jumps for the group at the nearby Sibson airfield. Choose to let the cat out of the bag early and get that excitement (and trepidation) growing in advance of your Fires Facility day. Or keep it up your sleeve for the most audacious ‘big reveal’ that can be imagined. Jumping takes place subject to weather and other operational considerations of course. Sibson is a professional skydive facility and maintains the highest safety standards of the sport. Contact us for more details.
Mementos and Merch
We are able to custom print high-quality ethically sourced organic cotton T-shirts, hoodies and other garments. We also hold stock items for team kit bags and other high-quality and practical merchandise.
We are able to source and custom-design locally-manufactured wooden medals and lots of other mementos to celebrate your day of action also and take home a souvenir. Talk to us about your requirements
On-site facilities
Forest Facility is located in a working forest on the Burghley Estate, Lincolnshire. We have built a dwell area out of recycled shipping containers, timber from the forest and reconditioned telegraph poles. This is our basecamp hub, which contains.

We have excellent local connections with some superb suppliers providing the best locally sourced produce. We can bring hot or cold food and drink to site and serve from our on-site facilities in an outdoor and/or tented canopy setting.

Alternatively we are delighted to arrange for you the opportunity to eat off-site in one of our partner venues, such as Burghley House itself, the William Cecil Hotel or the Bull and Swan pub, for example.
Talk to us about your catering requirements; we can go nuts and bolts and keep it sweet and simple, or go all-out for a full multiple-course sit-down affair.
Meeting Facilities
OFF-SITE
Our options include meeting rooms inside the incredible Burghley House itself; or at the fantastically comfortable William Cecil Hotel; both are a short 5 minute drive from the site in Stamford.
ON-SITE
If you prefer to keep the team together in one place, we can erect small marquees or bijou canopy structures to host your meeting or break-out sessions, interspersed with Forest Facility activities and on-site catering provision.
Bolt-on Options
Keynotes
Over the years our team has met and worked with some awesome people in the world of adventure. We have a fantastic network of folk who could deliver interesting and quirky keynotes as an added bonus to your time with us. We can work with you to keep this a secret and bring out the keynote as big reveal, or you can pre-promote the speaker as part of the running order for the day – entirely your call.
House Tours
With our partners at Burghley, we can arrange private House Tours and other activities on the Burghley Estate. Do contact us for further information and we can work with the Burghley Estate Events team to put together a truly stately experience for your group.
Mementos
We have lots of options to provide custom souvenirs, merchandise and mementos to mark the occasion. Many of our products are locally sourced and maintain the very highest ethical and environmental credentials to reflect on your team’s time in the woods.

The Big Bad Bungee Jump
This is a special-arrangement addition and involves us setting up a crane on site with a 100 foot bungee jump dangling you over the trees. High octane for sure.
